個人簡介:

博士(後),教授。美國密西根州立大學高級訪問學者,愛爾蘭科克大學高級訪問學者,國家自然科學基金委員會項目評審專家,上海市科學技術獎評審專家,福建省科技特派員。主持完成國家自然基金面上項目2項(31070218和31370277),主持完成上海市自然科學基金項目1項(14JC1402300)國家質檢總局項目子項目1項目,陝西省自然科學基金重大專項子項目1以及多項校企聯合項目。《Journal of Biological Chemistry》編委、《Journal of Food and Drug Reseach》編委;《Theranostic》、《Helicobacter》、《Nanoscle》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《RSC Advances》、《Analytical Methods》、《New Journal of Chemistry》、《Preparative Biochemistry & Biotechnology》、《Food Control》、《Journal of Food Safety》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《食品科學》、《應用與環境生物學報》、《食品安全質量檢測學報》等期刊的審稿人,“十二五”普通高等教育本科國家級規劃教材《生物技術概論》副主編。
