辦公室:上海大學寶山校區東區19号樓606 電 話:021-66132139 E-mail:jiangjiehui@shu.edu.cn 個人簡介: 2004年本科畢業于上海大學,2007年碩士畢業于上海大學,2012年博士畢業于荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學。2012-2013年在荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學任兼職研究員,2013年進入上海大學生物醫學工程專業曆任講師、副教授、教授。蔣皆恢博士目前兼任上海市生物醫學工程學會理事、醫學信息工程專委會副主任委員、中華醫學會核醫學分會AI與大數據學組委員、中國阿爾茨海默病防治協會AI分會委員等學術兼職;擔任Medical Physics、Journal of Alzheimer Disease、中華核醫學與分子影像雜志等多本高水平期刊編委。蔣皆恢博士曾獲地方領軍人才、上海大學優秀青年教師等榮譽稱号;在生物醫學工程、醫學影像、神經科學等領域發表高水平論文100餘篇;授權專利與軟著20餘項;近5年在世界醫學物理及生物醫學工程年會等頂級會議上作為主旨講者做報告10餘次;研究成果曾入選中國生物醫學工程學會和上海市生物醫學工程學會優秀論文,獲中國醫療器械創新創業大賽二等獎等獎項。主持與參與國家科技部重大科研計劃、重點研發專項、國家自然科學基金以及省部級項目16項,主持企業橫向課題20餘項,累計科研經費超過1000萬元。 蔣皆恢團隊在PET/MRI腦影像分析與人工智能領域做出大量原創性工作。例如,在國際上率先提出“PET腦代謝連接組學”概念,并結合圖論與信息論技術提出“個體化PET腦代謝連接組學”計算模型;該模型目前已經被臨床廣泛接受,并被應用于認知障礙、抑郁、帕金森等疾病的診斷鑒别以及機制研究;創領性地提出針對腦PET影像的影像組學/深度學習影像組學計算流程,并挖掘出多個阿爾茨海默病新型影像标記物,相關計算流程已經被寫入臨床專家共識。
