個人簡介:

男,博士,教授,博士生導師。上海大學生命科學學院黨委書記。1999年7月博士畢業于西北農林科技大學動物遺傳育種與繁殖專業。2001-2003年間在美國Georgia State University 從事細胞與分子生理學博士後研究工作。主持或以主要學術骨幹參加科技部“973”、教育部留學歸國人員基金、上海市自然科學基金、上海市教委重點創新項目、上海市農委攻關項目多項。講授“動物學”、“神經生物學技術”、“生命科學導論”、“現代生物技術導論”等課程。榮獲 “上海大學優秀青年教師”、“上海市優秀青年教師”稱号。

教育與工作經曆:

1996/09-1999/07 西北農林科技大學,動物科學學院,獲博士學位;1993/09-1996/07貴州大學,動物科學系,獲碩士學位;1989/09-1993/07 西北農林科技大學,畜牧系,獲學士學位。

2010/03-至今 上海大學 生命科學學院 教授;2003/03-2010/02 上海大學 生命科學學院 副研究員;2001/12-2003/03 美國佐治亞州立大學 博士後;1999/07-2003/02 上海大學 生命科學學院 講師。

主要研究領域: 兒童自閉症基因編輯動物模型構建、自閉症分子生物學機制研究、惡性腦膠質瘤發生發展過程中信号通路的分子機制。

代表性研究成果:初步闡明了sat3等基因在惡性腦膠質瘤發生發展中的分子生物學機制;篩選出一些兒童自閉症易感基因,并構建了基因編輯動物模型。
